An I.V.A. is a legally binding (ang Government backed) agreement that could help you clear all you debts.
I.V.A. is short for Individual Voluntary Arrangement, and typically using this system clients are able to reduce their debts by 60%, sometimes more. So if you owe £10,000, you may be asked to pay back £4,000 usually over a period of 60 months. After 60 months you will be debt free, as any remaining balance on your debt would be canceled.
An IVA also has the benefit of protecting you from any further court actions to recovers debts, and gives you total rotection from your creditors.
