Is Bankruptcy right for me?

This is a very good question.

In the past bankruptcy held a social stigma. It was thought to be the action of a person who had behaved irresponsibly. This is not true today.

Today bankruptcy can be a legal and logical tool that can be used to resolve a situation of unpayable debts. In a perfect world this would not happen, but we are not living in a perfect world. The current economic situation has forced us all into a less than perfect situation.

Much of this is not your fault.

Bankruptcy is a legal solution that can eliminate your debts.

This is what the government Insolvency Services have to say on the matter (see www.bankruptcy.org.uk).....

Before you take any action to apply for your own bankruptcy, you should get your own legal or financial advice about bankruptcy and the other options available to you. The Insolvency Sevice and the courts cannot advise you on specific insolvency problems; for example, whether you should go bankrupt or your company should go into liquidation, or whether you should look at alternatives. You should get independent advice. You may consult a solicitor, a qualified accountnat, an autherised insolvency practitioner or a reputable financial advisor."

We offer an intial interview, free of any cost or commitment. After this meeting we will be able to advise you as to the best course of action, and how much it would cost.

You have nothing to loose.

We can come to see you - in or out of office hours. We can visit your place of work, or home, or if you prefer we can arrange an appointment at our offices for a discreet chat. Just book an appointment by phoning 01625 576421. There will be no high pressure salemanship, and our initial interview is offered totally free of charge and commitment.

Nothing is worse than doing nothing.
